What do these softwares do?

Both Clickfunnels and Traffic Domination Pages or TD Pages are funnel building Softwares.  If you have any sort of business, one thing that is important to have in place is something called a squeeze page or an opt-in page.

This is just a single page that has a heading and a box for a person to put their name and email in and a button that takes them to a different page.

The purpose of this page is to capture a person's email address so that you can email them at a later date.

Having a person's email address means that you can send them updates for your products or services or offers to new products and services.

Both Clickfunnels and TD Pages allows you to create these squeeze pages and connect them to email autoresponders that collect and house the emails.

Pros and Cons of Clickfunnels

Pros:

Clickfunnels is a great software for building squeeze pages as well as different types of sales funnels.

These sales funnels can have numerous pages including opt-in pages, sales pages, one-time offer pages, and thank-you pages.

Clickfunnels has several funnels and squeeze pages you can "copy" and use as your own.  Clickfunnels has been around for about five years and has grown and evolved in those five years so it has built a name for itself.

Cons:

Because Clickfunnels has grown to be such a big platform, it comes with some cons.  Some of those cons include a support system that is not fast.  If you come across bugs or any issues with your account, it can take days to get it fixed.

The loading speeds of your funnels in Clickfunnels is quite slow.  When a page loads too slowly, a customer will often leave your page before it even has a chance to load.

The price to keep the software is also sometimes a turn off to some people.  The basic package is $97/mon and the higher package is $297/mon.

If you want to have your own authority website, you would have to connect your funnels from Clickfunnels to a different platform like WordPress that houses your traditional website.

Pros and Cons of TD Pages

Pros:

With TD Pages you also have the option to use pre-built squeeze pages to edit them to your needs.

TD Pages has a great support system in place that does not take as long as Clickfunnels when a problem arises.

The price of the software is cheaper than that of Clickfunnels.  The smaller package will cost you $47/mon and the larger package will cost you $77/mon.  There is also the option of an agency plan.

Cons:

With TD Pages, you do not have the option to build out huge funnels with multiple pages.  You can just build a squeeze page or a bridge page, and not a large sales page.

Since this is a fairly new system, not many people know about it and are therefore not as likely to try the platform.

As with Clickfunnels, if you wanted to have your own authority website, you would have to connect your TD Pages funnels to your traditional website.

 

In conclusion, both Clickfunnels and TD Pages have their pros and cons.  If you are looking for a complete marketing system that will give you your landing pages, sales pages, great support, and an authority website with SEO built-in, then you are going to want to look into Dropfunnels!
